Drastic pruning can be effective in restoring the strength and vigour of plants; yet it’s well known that not all plant species tolerate such severe pruning. It’s essential that the plant be in good health, robust and able to heal quickly. Anyone with knowledge of the subject understands that drastic pruning can be the final blow to a weakened plant.

Visiting La Perla, I noticed the similarity between Milei’s speech and that of Martínez de Hoz, especially as regards the trade unions. And look at this:
“El 2 de abril de 1976, Martínez de Hoz anunció su programa de liberación total de la economía. Las consecuencias fueron devastadoras, con aumentos de tarifas y salarios congelados, más la apertura de las importaciones (que destrozó a la industria nacional) y la reforma financiera”.
